Overview

The protagonist has a rather embarrassing problem: because he has premature ejaculation and is a total masochist, he loses without fail to every monster girl he encounters in dungeons.
But one day, he happens to stumble upon a sign that reads, “The Angel Clinic: Specialist in Premature Ejaculation Treatment”…

Inside, he meets Sera, a poker-faced nurse who claims to be a literal angel.
To his surprise, the treatment she proposes involves him trying to resist her seductions in order to get used to erotic situations. Bewildered but desperate, he agrees to the therapy. As expected, he is no match for Sera’s alluring charms and ends up thoroughly humiliated.
However, despite her expressionless facade, the words that come out of her mouth are full of affection: “You’re so cute,” and “I like you…”

Genre & orientation
This is a female-on-top × endurance command battle — an inverted RPG combat system where “winning” means withstanding the heroine’s stimulation for the turn limit instead of defeating her; ejaculating is the loss condition. Explicitly tuned for soft-masochist tastes: the marketing states no painful play, no role-reversal, only loving teasing. Losing a battle simply unlocks an additional “treatment” H-scene, so failure is a reward, not a punishment.

Gameplay systems

• Turn-based endurance combat with per-skill cooldown timers and a remaining-turn counter; you survive the countdown while managing arousal gauges.
• Battle log + full voice during combat — damage lines and dialogue are logged and voiced across player and enemy turns.
• Self-defeat options: commands like submit, beg to be restrained, give up, and masturbate let players intentionally lose.
• Restraint attacks are animated; temptation is also driven by branching yes/no choices.
• Hub menu: Treatment (battle), Loadout, Shop, and Recollection, plus Level and currency.
• Skill shop & deckbuilding: a succubus shopkeeper sells combat skills (cooldown reducers, “praise-word” attacks, refresh, random-dice, plus “back-menu” skills) that the player equips into a loadout.
• Aftercare phase: post-treatment chat scenes with dialogue-choice flirting and optional H “healing.”
• Gallery & QoL: a recollection/memory room with full scene-unlock; volume sliders; and cheat options — damage-taken cut, damage-dealt up, 2× EXP, 2× gold — so time-pressed players can skip the grind.

Characters

• Sera — heroine; a self-styled angel and the protagonist’s exclusive nurse. Cool and expressionless on the surface but deeply smitten, teasing him gently-but-meanly, and cosplaying (nurse, swimsuits, bunny, cow, cheongsam, angel, etc.) to seduce him. CV: 夕霧花音 (Yūgiri Kanon).
• Succubus shopkeeper — runs the skill shop for “reasons”; sells the treatment skills. CV: 陽向ネムリ (Hinata Nemuri).
• Protagonist — the premature-ejaculation-afflicted, masochistic patient (male-receiving POV).
