Dungeon and Bride is a strategy/tactical hybrid RPG with heavy visual novel elements and dungeon crawling mechanics.
You play as a Theo, a rookie adventurer who is looking to became a respected demon hunter like his late father and hopefully also find a beautiful bride in the process.
Character creation: Some characters are fixed. Player is able to create other (female only?) characters with some options like name, hair color, occupation, race (5 selected from, human and elf included).
Strategic map: various maps, events can happen here too. Ability to buy items (with identifying and removing curse too) and take quests. Items can be broken. Probably an item’s weight is important.
Dungeon with crawling/fight: 6-person party. Random monster fighting. Duel system: There are other teams. Some of them are hostile. Losing or winning a duel battle does not render anyone dead. There are NTR/probably netori results of the battle. Eventually, the player may choose story/gameplay results not being erotic (like forcing the enemy team to not appear for 180 days). Losing the battle may lead to a female companion’s kidnapping. Player may (feel to) be forced to duel again to re-take the girl.
Hotel/inn character per room distribution. Each room has a fixed capacity and determines who stays in which room. You cannot check-in until you have decided on a room for everyone. There are various inns depending on the town, and each has a different layout. Also, please note that other guests may hold the room first, so it may not always be possible to stay in the desired room. If you can check in safely, you will be in night conversation mode. TL;DR: forced NTR/almost forced NTR everywhere.
Difficult to get alpong with your heroines, easy NTR/cuckold, almost all of them unavoidable. Forced defeat in scripted battles leading to NTR with one story heroine you’re just about to romance. When something is forced that much, then the player asks itself: is there a point to play at all ?
Besides that, you can choose between several archetypes of characters, you can even design them yourself. There looks to be a vast amount of stuff to collect, allowing customisation, even though its main point remains cosmectics.
But for the sole purpose of playing a game, this is disappointing, ill-written, and fundamentaly bad.
