Overview

Welcome to the world of Beauregard Jones, the folk legend riverboat gambler that never was.
The story follows the not-so legendary gambler on his rise to fame and fortune, alongside his lovely partner Rosie Thorns on a tale about gambling, revenge, love, and some occasional dirty hot sex. Expect themes involving swinging, although some content will be optional where the overall story allows.

Chapter 1 will regale you with the tale of the day before Beau and Rosie stepped aboard the illustrious Riverboat Princess and set sail down the Mississippi river towards New Orleans. With a day to spare before the ship departs Beau has a plan to go ahead and scrounge up some extra spending money. And well, how that turns out you’ll just have to play to see.

Halloween Special

• Nadia takes over the storytelling from the old man for a night out at the Tri-Delta frat house Halloween party, dragged along by her roommate Jessica.
• Launch it from the new Spooktacular Puimpking on the main menu (So SPOOKY!).
• A standalone side story, so you can play it from any save and it won’t affect your Chapter 1 or 2 progress.

By the numbers:

• 340 new lines of dialogue (about 3,000 words)
• 62 new CGs
• 37 new animations
• 5 new music tracks

Other notes:

• – Cutscene audio is muted while you play Spooktacular, because the clip audio is mixed quality. Turn it back up anytime in Preferences → Cutscene Volume. It’s restored automatically when the episode ends.

Chapter 2 – Release 2

• Android version received some much needed love on readability and accessibility
• We finally have splash screens and logos all over the place!
• Some of the crappier animations were reworked and improved, same with some of the crappier CGs!
  • By the way – this update now includes SEVENTY animations!
• Fixed a few major bugs that somehow had never been called out to me (way to go Brain Trust!)
• Added a volume slider for sounds built into cinematics
• Made the fonts significantly more readable

Chapter 2 – Release 1

• Approximately 1250 lines of dialogue (About a 30 minute playthrough)
• 101 new CGs
• 36 new animations! (There were 17 total in all of Chapter 1)
• Four new songs

Chapter 1 Update 1
Bug and typo fixes as well as the addition of a Scene Replay gallery.
