Overview

A tech demo that offers a glimpse into a larger project centred around the concept of free use fantasy where reality blurs with gaming mechanics, and NPCs come to life in unexpected ways.

As the player, you find yourself immersed in a universe where other characters behave like typical NPCs, responding only when game mechanics are triggered. However, as the player you can transcend these limitations and interact with the world in ways beyond mere gameplay.​

The Adventurer v0.1.0

Live2D animations have been added to the combat for enemies and Clover, unfortunately I’m struggling a bit to figure out how to play attack and hit animations, so for right now, they’re all only in their idle state. Additionally, Clovers clothing state is reflected in her combat avatar.
You can now purchase the mage staff alongside fireball and thunder strike spells to use during combat. You can also purchase two skill books to learn steal and charm. Both can be used during combat, later they will have effects on the free use aspect of the game. Charm has a special animation when triggered, for now it’s only depicting one character, but will later display the targeted one.

In this version, penetration interaction have been added with their respective climax animations for Rory’s suspension pose.
As with the magic animations, I tried to make the penetration animations a bit more dynamic by drawing each frame by hand,
so let me know your thoughts on them. Additionally the money shot interactions have been enabled as well as all their animations.
