Yeah….. The typical method to fix games that do this is not working with this game. Seems that there may have been a quality control slip during the script translations missing pages of original language during the adding of the english language translation. A “fix” patch could fix this without messing with the next update. Developer just needs to make sure the full translation or translations if they add more languages to the game, are completed for all pages of scripts.
